George G. Kauper is a Florida-licensed real estate broker with more than two decades of experience in property investment and client representation. A Florida resident for over 40 years, he brings a longstanding connection to the state, insight into real estate development, and a practical business perspective to helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Licensed as a broker since 2004, George draws on his investment experience and business leadership background to evaluate opportunities and guide clients with their long-term goals in mind. Before becoming a broker, he invested in real estate and held leadership roles at Nortel Networks as Enterprise Systems Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, gaining extensive experience in international business, marketing, and operations.

George also brings a forward-looking perspective on technology. Over the past decade, he has been active in the Web3 and blockchain industry as a speaker and project builder on the Ethereum and Cardano networks, broadening his understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.

George currently serves as President of the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF). FEHSF provides monetary support to families of agents and officers who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty protecting the nation’s citizens. FEHSF also supports personnel and families facing devastating personal tragedies, including the serious illness, injury, or death of a spouse or child, natural disasters, sudden hardship, and other urgent circumstances that create an immediate financial burden.
